Description

A delicious breakfast sandwich featuring a flaky croissant filled with fluffy scrambled eggs, melted cheddar cheese, and crispy bacon or sausage.


Ingredients

  • 4 croissants, sliced in half
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon or sausage patties
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if you plan to bake or reheat the assembled sandwiches later.
  2. Whisk the eggs: In a bowl, combine the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk until blended.
  3. Heat the skillet: Melt the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and scramble the eggs gently.
  4. Slice the croissants in half and lightly toast them on the skillet if desired.
  5. Assemble the sandwich: Layer a slice of cheese, fluffy scrambled eggs, and bacon or sausage in each croissant half and cap it off with the other half.
