Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) or set your air fryer to the same temperature.
  2. Chop the cauliflower into bite-sized florets, ensuring they are uniform in size for even cooking.
  3. Combine the cauliflower florets with a generous drizzle of olive oil in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add your spices—don’t be shy here! Toss everything together until the florets are well coated.
  5. Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes or air fry for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through.
  7. Sprinkle fresh herbs or squeeze a lemon wedge over the top before serving for an extra touch.

Notes

Make-ahead: You can chop the cauliflower and store in an airtight container for up to 24 hours. To retain crispiness, dry thoroughly after washing.
