Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the chopped dill pickles and grated Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
