Description

A vibrant and refreshing Dragonfruit Sangria that captures the essence of summer with tropical flavors and creamy coconut milk.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bottle of dry red wine (Merlot or Tempranillo)
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup of agave syrup
  • 1 cup of diced dragonfruit
  • 1/2 cup of diced prickly pear
  • 1/2 cup of diced pineapple
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Pour the entire bottle of red wine into a large pitcher.
  2. Add the cup of coconut milk and watch it swirl together.
  3. Drizzle in the agave syrup, adjusting for sweetness.
  4. Fold in the diced dragonfruit, prickly pear, and pineapple gently.
  5. Toss in the lemon slices to enhance aroma and flavor.
  6. Cover the pitcher and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  7. Fill glasses with ice and pour the chilled sangria over the top.

Notes

For best flavor, make a day in advance. Avoid using overly sweet wine and do not skip chilling time.
