- 1 bottle of dry red wine (Merlot or Tempranillo)
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of agave syrup
- 1 cup of diced dragonfruit
- 1/2 cup of diced prickly pear
- 1/2 cup of diced pineapple
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Ice
Instructions
- Pour the entire bottle of red wine into a large pitcher.
- Add the cup of coconut milk and watch it swirl together.
- Drizzle in the agave syrup, adjusting for sweetness.
- Fold in the diced dragonfruit, prickly pear, and pineapple gently.
- Toss in the lemon slices to enhance aroma and flavor.
- Cover the pitcher and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Fill glasses with ice and pour the chilled sangria over the top.
Notes
For best flavor, make a day in advance. Avoid using overly sweet wine and do not skip chilling time.
