- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the Noodles: Boil the lo mein noodles according to the package instructions until just tender. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the Oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Cook the Chicken: Add the sliced chicken and sauté until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add Aromatics: Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
- Stir in Vegetables: Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender but still crunchy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Combine Everything: Toss in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, mixing well to coat. Heat through for another minute.
- Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
