Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, and snow peas)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles: Boil the lo mein noodles according to the package instructions until just tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the Oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Add the sliced chicken and sauté until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add Aromatics: Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
  5. Stir in Vegetables: Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender but still crunchy, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Combine Everything: Toss in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, mixing well to coat. Heat through for another minute.
  7. Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
