Description

This Easy Chicken Parmesan Casserole combines shredded chicken, cozy pasta, and rich marinara sauce, topped with gooey cheese for a comforting weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, and sprinkle with salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Top generously with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
