- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1 bell pepper (diced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat your skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, using a spatula to break it into smaller pieces, then drain excess fat.
- Stir in the diced onion and bell pepper. Cook until softened and fragrant, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until soft and pliable.
- Lay a warmed tortilla flat, spoon a generous amount of the beef mixture in the center, and top with shredded cheese and salsa before folding it over.
- Place the folded tortillas seam-side down in a baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm, topped with guacamole and sour cream.
