- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
- Boil water in your large pot. Add the elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain in a colander, then rinse under cold water to halt the cooking process and cool it down.
- Fold together the cooled macaroni, diced ham, celery, and bell peppers in a large mixing bowl until evenly distributed.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a separate small bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture. Use a spatula to toss until coated.
- Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
