Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumbers, diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced

  • 1/2 cup olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red bell pepper, red onion, olives, and feta cheese in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until fully blended.
