Description

A refreshing and invigorating mint mojito pitcher, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 cups vodka
  • 3 cups club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime slices for garnish
  • Mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Muddle the fresh mint leaves and sugar with a muddler in your chosen pitcher.
  2. Stir in fresh lime juice and vodka until the sugar begins to dissolve.
  3. Fill the pitcher with ice cubes to cool the mixture.
  4. Pour in the club soda gently, stirring lightly.
  5. Garnish with lime slices and mint sprigs before serving.

Notes
