Description

Indulge in these rich and fudgy brownie cupcakes, bursting with chocolate flavor and a delightful texture that melts in your mouth.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • Frosting of your choice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Sift in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix gently until just combined.
  5. Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with the batter.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Allow to cool completely before transferring to a wire rack.
