- 4 ripe nectarines
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 2 tbsp high-quality honey
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Halve the nectarines and remove the pits.
- Brush the cut sides lightly with olive oil to enhance grill flavor.
- Place the nectarines cut side down on the grill and grill for 3-4 minutes until charred and tender.
- Remove the nectarines from the grill and transfer to a serving platter.
- Tear the burrata into pieces and place on top of the warm nectarines.
- Drizzle honey over the burrata and nectarines.
- Season with salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
- Serve warm or cold.
