Description

A delightful summer dish featuring juicy grilled nectarines topped with creamy burrata and drizzled with honey, perfect for entertaining.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ripe nectarines
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 2 tbsp high-quality honey
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Halve the nectarines and remove the pits.
  3. Brush the cut sides lightly with olive oil to enhance grill flavor.
  4. Place the nectarines cut side down on the grill and grill for 3-4 minutes until charred and tender.
  5. Remove the nectarines from the grill and transfer to a serving platter.
  6. Tear the burrata into pieces and place on top of the warm nectarines.
  7. Drizzle honey over the burrata and nectarines.
  8. Season with salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
  10. Serve warm or cold.

Notes

For a twist, consider using peaches or plums instead of nectarines, and add crumbled nuts or a splash of balsamic reduction for extra flavor.
