Description

Delicious grilled teriyaki pork kebabs infused with sweet and savory flavors, perfect for summer gatherings or cozy dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork Tenderloin, cut into 11.5 inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 cup Fresh Pineapple, cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 1 Bell Pepper, cut into similar-sized pieces
  • 1 Red Onion, cut into similar-sized pieces
  • Skewers (metal or soaked wooden)

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork tenderloin into uniform cubes.
  2. Marinate the pork cubes in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare the vegetables by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Assemble the skewers by alternating pork, pineapple, bell pepper, and red onion.
