Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the penne pasta in boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet, breaking it apart and draining excess fat.
- Season the beef with marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine cooked penne with the meat sauce in a mixing bowl.
- Transfer pasta mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Add shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
