Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, mushrooms)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta in boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  3. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, breaking it apart and draining excess fat.
  4. Season the beef with marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Combine cooked penne with the meat sauce in a mixing bowl.
  6. Transfer pasta mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  7. Add shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
