Description

Ingredients

  • Large Low-Carb Tortillas
  • Ground Beef or Turkey
  • Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
  • Lettuce, Chopped
  • Tomato, Diced
  • Avocado or Guacamole
  • Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
  • Seasonings (Taco Seasoning, Salt, Pepper)

Instructions

  1. Sauté the meat in a skillet over medium heat until browned, seasoning with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Lay out a large low-carb tortilla on a clean surface.
