Description

Indulge in this rich and velvety chocolate ganache, perfect for drizzling over desserts or using as a dip.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

Instructions

  1. Pour 1 cup of heavy cream into a medium saucepan. Place it on the stove over medium heat.
  2. Gently stir the cream until it warms up and begins to simmer.
  3. Add 2 cups of chocolate chips or chopped chocolate to the saucepan. Lay them on top of the hot cream.
  4. Allow the mixture to sit undisturbed for about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Grab your spatula or whisk, and gently stir the mixture until smooth and glossy.
  6. Cool slightly before drizzling or pouring over your chosen dessert.

Notes

Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor. Allow the chocolate to rest in the cream to ensure a smooth texture.
