Description

Juicy grilled chicken marinated in honey-lime paired with creamy avocado rice for a delightful experience.


Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Avocado, diced
  • 1 Cup Cooked Rice
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Fresh Cilantro for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by mixing honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat the chicken and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until no longer pink in the center.
  3. Prepare the rice and avocado by folding together in a bowl.
  4. Layer the avocado rice in a serving dish, followed by sliced chicken.
  5. Garnish with cilantro and serve immediately.
