Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, soy sauce, and olive oil until well combined.
- Season the Chicken: Generously season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then coat them in the honey-lime mixture.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the chicken breasts in the pan, cooking until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes on each side.
- Rest and Slice: Remove the chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
