Instructions
- Boil water to a rolling boil. Pour 350 ml into a mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle in the jelly powder and stir with a whisk or spoon until completely dissolved.
- Allow the mixture to cool for a few minutes, then pour into your chosen serving dish or molds.
- Mingle in some chopped fresh fruits or lemon juice if desired.
- Cover with plastic wrap or a lid, then refrigerate for at least 240 minutes until firm.
- Dip the molds briefly in warm water to release the jelly if needed.
