Ingredients

- Balsamic vinegar
- Lemon juice
- Honey
- Salt and pepper

Instructions
- Whisk together balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Add minced garlic for flavor if desired.
- Coat chicken pieces in the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the marinated chicken on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
