Description

Tender and flavorful chicken marinated in balsamic vinegar and lemon juice, baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • Chicken pieces: Bone-in, skin-on thighs or drumsticks
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Lemon juice
  • Honey
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add minced garlic for flavor if desired.
  3. Coat chicken pieces in the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Arrange the marinated chicken on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-35 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
