Description

Delightful cake balls that capture the nostalgia of Christmas Tree cakes, coated in creamy white chocolate and decorated for the festive season.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz white chocolate or candy melts
  • Sprinkles (optional)
  • Coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crumble the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes into small pieces and transfer them into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese directly into the bowl with the crumbled cakes.
  3. Mix until well-combined, using your hands if necessary.
  4. Roll small portions into uniform balls, about 1 inch in size, and place on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Freeze for at least 30 minutes to set them.
  6. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  7. Dip each cake ball into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
  8. Return dipped cake balls to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  9. Decorate with sprinkles or coconut if desired.
  10. Set until the chocolate hardens completely before serving.

Notes

You can prepare these cake balls up to two days in advance. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
