- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz white chocolate or candy melts
- Sprinkles (optional)
- Coconut (optional)
Instructions
- Crumble the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes into small pieces and transfer them into a large mixing bowl.
- Add the softened cream cheese directly into the bowl with the crumbled cakes.
- Mix until well-combined, using your hands if necessary.
- Roll small portions into uniform balls, about 1 inch in size, and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for at least 30 minutes to set them.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip each cake ball into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
- Return dipped cake balls to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Decorate with sprinkles or coconut if desired.
- Set until the chocolate hardens completely before serving.
