Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook the chicken in the hot skillet for about 7-8 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Set the chicken aside on a plate to keep warm.
- Sauté the garlic in the same skillet for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Create the cream sauce by adding the chicken broth and heavy cream, then bring to a simmer.
- Integrate the sun-dried tomatoes and parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese melts into the sauce.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, mixing in the spinach until wilted.
