- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Drain any excess fat once browned.
- Add taco seasoning to the skillet and stir to coat the beef evenly.
- Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Press wonton wrappers into each cup.
- Fill each wonton with the ground beef mixture and top with cheese.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
- Serve warm with salsa and sour cream, garnished with green onions.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can freeze them before baking.
