Description

Delightful mini taco cupcakes made with zesty ground beef, cheese, and crispy wonton wrappers, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  3. Drain any excess fat once browned.
  4. Add taco seasoning to the skillet and stir to coat the beef evenly.
  5. Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  6. Press wonton wrappers into each cup.
  7. Fill each wonton with the ground beef mixture and top with cheese.
  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
  9. Serve warm with salsa and sour cream, garnished with green onions.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can freeze them before baking.
