Description

A fresh and vibrant salad with a delightful mix of greens and a tangy sesame ginger vinaigrette.


Ingredients

  • Mixed Greens (spinach, arugula, romaine)
  • 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 Cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1/4 cup Edamame
  • 1/4 cup Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
