- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Blend the granola, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add the chocolate chips and gently fold them into the mix.
- Mold the mixture into cupcake liners placed in a muffin tin, pressing down firmly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy!
