Description

Delightful no-bake cups blending creamy peanut butter and crunchy granola, perfect for snacks or treats.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups granola
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Blend the granola, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Add the chocolate chips and gently fold them into the mix.
  3. Mold the mixture into cupcake liners placed in a muffin tin, pressing down firmly.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
