- 2 cups fresh spinach (optional)

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
- Season both sides of chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Greek seasoning, then brown in the pot for 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken and set aside.
- Sauté minced garlic and cherry tomatoes in the same pot until softened.
- Stir in orzo and chicken broth; bring to a simmer.
- Return the chicken to the pot, cover, and reduce heat for 10-12 minutes until orzo is tender.
- Finish with feta and spinach; serve warm.
