- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix your seasoning in a small bowl, combining the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Prepare the pork by rubbing it generously with olive oil.
- Coat the tenderloin thoroughly with the spice mixture.
- Roast in a roasting pan for about 25-30 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 145°F (63°C).
- Let it rest for about 10 minutes after cooking.
- Make the gravy by melting butter in a medium saucepan, adding flour, and whisking for one minute. Gradually add chicken broth and whisk until thickened.
- Serve the sliced pork tenderloin with the gravy.
