Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the pork tenderloin with salt and press the whole peppercorns onto the surface.
- Heat olive oil in a grill pan or directly on the grill grates.
- Sear the pork tenderloin for about 5 minutes on each side.
- Reduce the heat to medium and continue grilling until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Mix the butter with the chopped herbs and minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Remove the pork from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before topping it with herb butter.
