Description

A flavorful grilled pork tenderloin crusted with peppercorns and topped with a rich herb-infused butter, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons whole peppercorns
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (such as parsley, thyme, or rosemary), chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the pork tenderloin with salt and press the whole peppercorns onto the surface.
  3. Heat olive oil in a grill pan or directly on the grill grates.
  4. Sear the pork tenderloin for about 5 minutes on each side.
  5. Reduce the heat to medium and continue grilling until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  6. Mix the butter with the chopped herbs and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  7. Remove the pork from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before topping it with herb butter.

Notes

Make-ahead tips: Prepare the herb butter in advance. The flavors deepen over time. For cooking alternatives, consider using an air fryer or oven roasting.
