Description

A tender, juicy pork tenderloin crusted with cracked pepper and topped with a rich herb butter, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons whole peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (such as parsley, thyme, or rosemary), chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Prepare the peppercorns by crushing them with a mortar and pestle or spice grinder, then rub them into the pork tenderloin with olive oil and salt.
  3. Grill the tenderloin for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  4. Mix together the softened butter and chopped herbs in a bowl until well combined.
  5. Rest the cooked pork for 5-10 minutes before topping with the herb butter and slicing.
