Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Prepare the peppercorns by crushing them with a mortar and pestle or spice grinder, then rub them into the pork tenderloin with olive oil and salt.
- Grill the tenderloin for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Mix together the softened butter and chopped herbs in a bowl until well combined.
