Description

A vibrant and refreshing pineapple salsa bursting with sweet and tangy flavors, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe Pineapple
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
  • Juice of 1 Lime

Instructions

  1. Dice the Pineapple, Tomatoes, and Red Onion into small, bite-sized pieces.
  2. Chop the Cilantro finely and add to the bowl.
  3. Combine all the diced ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  4. Squeeze fresh Lime Juice over the mixture.
  5. Stir well and serve immediately.
