Description

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a dredging station: Place flour in one bowl, whisk eggs in another, and pour crushed pretzels into a third bowl.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip into the eggs, and finally coat in crushed pretzels.
  5. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring space between each piece.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
