- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
- Powdered Sugar for Rolling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Combine the red velvet cake mix with the eggs and vegetable oil until smooth.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Roll tablespoon-sized balls of dough in powdered sugar until thoroughly coated.
- Place on a lined baking sheet with adequate space.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Chill the dough to prevent spreading. You can add white chocolate chips or swirl in cream cheese frosting for an extra flavor boost.
