Description

Delightfully soft and chewy red velvet cookies, beautifully dusted with powdered sugar, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 Box Red Velvet Cake Mix
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • Powdered Sugar for Rolling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Combine the red velvet cake mix with the eggs and vegetable oil until smooth.
  3. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Roll tablespoon-sized balls of dough in powdered sugar until thoroughly coated.
  5. Place on a lined baking sheet with adequate space.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set.
  7. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Chill the dough to prevent spreading. You can add white chocolate chips or swirl in cream cheese frosting for an extra flavor boost.
