Description

A refreshing Rose Wine Sangria, a perfect blend of fruity flavors and floral notes, ideal for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bottle of dry rosé wine
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur
  • 2 cups mixed fruit (berries, oranges, apples)
  • 2 cups soda water or lemon-lime soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the rosé wine, brandy, and orange liqueur in a large pitcher. Stir well.
  2. Add the mixed fruit and gently stir to blend.
  3. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least two hours.
  4. Pour in the soda water or lemon-lime soda just before serving.
  5. Serve over ice in tall glasses, garnished with fresh mint leaves.

Notes

For best flavor, chill the sangria for at least two hours and avoid using overly ripe fruits.
