Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Generously grease a baking dish with butter.
  2. Combine sliced sweet potatoes and minced garlic in a large mixing bowl.
