Description

  • 115 g Salted Butter
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 130 g Sourdough Starter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chunks
  • 1/2 cup Crushed Graham Crackers
  • 1/2 cup Mini Marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Brown the butter in a saucepan until golden brown.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Combine wet ingredients with cooled brown butter and beat until fluffy.
  4. Mix the dough by folding in dry ingredients gently.
  5. Incorporate chocolate chips, dark chocolate chunks, graham crackers, and marshmallows.
  6. Chill the dough for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  7. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a cookie sheet.
