Ingredients

- 8 oz Grilled Steak (flank or sirloin)
- 2 cups Cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 Cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Homemade Asian Dressing (soy sauce, sesame oil, honey)
- 1/2 cup Roasted Cashews
Instructions
- Marinate the steak for at least 30 minutes with soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil.
- Grill the marinated steak on medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
- Rest the steak for a few minutes before slicing.
- Slice the cabbage and cucumber while the steak rests.
- Assemble the salad in a large bowl with cabbage and cucumber.
- Slice the steak against the grain and place it on top of the salad.
- Drizzle the homemade Asian dressing over the salad.
- Add roasted cashews on top for crunch.
Notes
Make the dressing a day in advance for deeper flavor. Consider customizations like cherry tomatoes or bell peppers.
