Instructions
- Prepare the glaze: In a large mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, vinegar, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and well mixed.
- Place the chicken into the glaze, ensuring each piece is generously coated. For deeper flavor, marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight if time allows.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your grill for medium-high heat.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup (if using the oven).
