Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Cool it, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with sliced strawberries and drizzled strawberry sauce before serving.
