- ¼ cup mayonnaise

- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping the celery, green onion, and strawberries. Shred the chicken to your preferred size.
- Combine the shredded chicken, celery, green onion, chopped pecans, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, poppy seeds, and pepper in a large mixing bowl and stir to mix well.
- Gently fold in the diced strawberries, ensuring even distribution without mashing them.
