Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the skillet: Begin by warming your large skillet over medium heat. Add the vegetable oil and allow it to get hot.
  2. Cook the chicken: Toss in the diced chicken breast, seasoning with salt and pepper. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Add veggies: Introduce the sliced bell peppers and broccoli florets into the skillet. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. Glaze with sauce: Pour the sweet chili sauce over everything and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve and garnish: Spoon the mixture over a bed of rice and top with chopped green onions.
