Instructions
- Heat the skillet: Begin by warming your large skillet over medium heat. Add the vegetable oil and allow it to get hot.

- Add veggies: Introduce the sliced bell peppers and broccoli florets into the skillet. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
