Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin

- 1/2 cup pico de gallo
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, lime juice, garlic, cumin, and salt. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl, using a spatula to get every delicious bit out.
- Gently stir in the pico de gallo and cilantro for that fresh burst of flavor and texture.
