Description

A lively blend of traditional hummus and vibrant taco seasonings, perfect for dipping.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, lime juice, garlic, cumin, and salt. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  2. Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl, using a spatula to get every delicious bit out.
  3. Gently stir in the pico de gallo and cilantro for that fresh burst of flavor and texture.
  4. Drizzle a generous splash of olive oil over the top.
  5. Serve your Taco Hummus with an array of crispy tortilla chips or a vibrant selection of fresh vegetables.

Notes

Make ahead of time; it keeps well in the fridge for about three days. Consider using an air fryer for vegetables or other beans for variation.
