- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup creamy cheese sauce
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Add diced onions and bell peppers, cooking until softened.
- Stir in black beans, diced tomatoes, corn, taco seasoning, and mix well.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the meat mixture and combine.
- Pour in the creamy cheese sauce and mix until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
