Ingredients

- 1 cup pineapple, diced
- 1 cup mango, diced
- 1/2 cup pineapple salsa
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced

- Fresh cilantro (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, pineapple, mango, pineapple salsa, red onion, and bell pepper.
- Toss gently to mix the ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- If desired, garnish with fresh cilantro.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
Rinse canned chickpeas thoroughly before using. Allowing the salad to sit in the fridge for about 30 minutes helps flavors develop.
