- 4 Burger Buns (toasted)

- Ripe Tomatoes
- Onions
- Pickles
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat, allowing it to reach the right temperature for searing.
- Shape the ground beef into patties slightly larger than the buns, aiming for about ¾-inch thickness.
- Season both sides of each patty liberally with salt and pepper.
- Cook the patties on the hot grill or skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
- Add a small pat of butter on top of each patty in the last minute of cooking.
- Toast the burger buns until golden brown.
- Assemble your burger with the patty, cheese if desired, and favorite toppings.
- Serve immediately while still warm.
Notes
